Initial Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every Magic Creeper purchase is protected by an Initial Manufacturer’s Warranty upon delivery. This ensures that your creeper arrives in proper working condition and is free from any manufacturing defects.

Standard Limited Warranty
We provide a 90-day Standard Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects from your delivery date. The patented Magic Creeper is engineered for durability and designed to last for years with proper care.
Care and Maintenance
To ensure warranty coverage and optimal performance:

Clean and properly store after each use

Store in the designated carrying case if purchased

Keep in rolled position with straps secured when not in use
Important Safety Guidelines
Never step on the Magic Creeper. Always store the unit rolled up and off the ground when not in use. Leaving the Magic Creeper unattended can lead to accidental slips, resulting in serious injury or even possible death.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Product misuse

Damage from improper storage or care

Deterioration from fluids, fire, sparks, excessive heat, or extreme force
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for injuries or damage resulting from product misuse. Please follow all safety instructions and care guidelines to ensure safe operation and longevity of your Magic
What’s Covered:

Stitching coming loose under normal use.

Unexpected fabric tear or breakage from unknown cause, not including normal wear and tear.
Important Notes:

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, regardless of when the issue occurs.

Claim denials may occur if these guidelines are not followed.

Proof of purchase directly from us is required. We cannot extend warranty coverage to products purchased from amazon, unauthorized sellers or knockoffs.

Damage caused by misuse, undue stress, or using the product outside its intended purpose is not covered. The overall condition of the product will be evaluated when a warranty claim is placed.

Damage caused by fluids, sparks, fire, extreme heat, or extreme forcefulness are not covered.
Warranty Claim Process

What part specifically appears to be broken?

Was any resistance noticed prior to the breakage?

What type of application was being used when you noticed the defect or damage?

Was extreme force used to maneuver the Magic Creeper when the damage occurred?
Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days and provide a resolution. If approved, we will either:

Replace the product.

Provide a refund or store credit (if applicable).
Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

Excessive wear caused by dragging the product over sharp or extremely abrasive surfaces.

Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, dirt, or fading from regular use.

Deterioration from fluids, fire, sparks, excessive heat, or extreme force.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or non-genuine Magic Creepers.
