For international resellers, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is based on container size. Each order must meet the minimum volume required for the applicable container.
- Minimum MOQ: 1 × 20-foot container
- Orders must meet the minimum container volume and may include a combination of approved Magic Creeper products.
- Mixed-product container orders are permitted, subject to product availability and approval by Magic Creeper.
- Larger orders may be placed using 40-foot or 40-foot High Cube containers.
Online Sales Restrictions:
Authorized international resellers may sell Magic Creeper products through their own websites and approved third-party online marketplaces within the country for which they are authorized and registered as a reseller.
However, resellers are not authorized to sell, advertise, or distribute Magic Creeper products to customers located in the United States, whether through online marketplaces, their own website, social media, or any other sales channel.
The reseller's authorization is limited to the country specified in their reseller account or agreement. Sales or distribution outside the authorized country require prior written approval from Magic Creeper.
Resale Restrictions:
You will not resell Magic Creeper products to other resellers or distributors without prior written consent from Magic Creeper.
