Magic Creeper Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below to ensure eligibility and a smooth process.

Cancellations Policy Overview

  • Orders can be canceled only before they ship.
  • Approved cancellations after payment processing may have non-refundable payment processing fees deducted.
  • Orders that have shipped, are in transit, or out for delivery cannot be canceled.
  • For refused or undeliverable orders, shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Shop Pay Installments purchases are subject to a 6.5% merchant fee, which is non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@magiccreeper.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and the reason for your cancellation.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped, are in transit, or are out for delivery. If your order cannot be canceled, please refer to our Return Policy once the item is delivered (if eligible).

Payment Processing Fees

  • When an order is placed, payment processors charge non-refundable payment processing (merchant) fees to handle the transaction. These fees apply to all payment methods.
  • Shop Pay Installments: Customers who purchased using the installments feature are subject to a 6.5% merchant fee, which is non-refundable.
  • If your cancellation request is approved after payment has been processed, these fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, as they are not returned to us by the payment provider.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees, including Shop Pay Installments fees, will be deducted

  • Refunds are typically processed within the timeframe of your payment provider or bank

 

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused or returned to sender after shipping:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Payment processing fees, including Shop Pay Installments fees, are non-refundable

  • Return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund
