Filing a Damage Claim

Should there be an issue with your order, our process ensures immediate attention and a quick resolution.

  1. Contact Us
    Report any damage to info@magiccreeper.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence
    Attach at least two photos showcasing the damage of the item and all inner and outer packaging.

  3. Write an Explanation
    Describe in detail, the damage or experience you have received - (example: lost package or damage found and details surrounding the issue.)

  1. Enjoy a Swift Resolution
    Once reviewed, we will determine if  your claim is approved. If the item is beyond repair, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock or no longer available. (Note: shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.) If the damage is minor or the item is usable, we’ll collaborate to find the perfect solution for you
