    If your package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund it after a claim has been initiated and the carrier has deemed it ‘lost’.

    If an item is damaged during shipping?  We will send a replacement or a full refund for the unusable items. (Note: Original shipping and order protection costs are non-refundable.)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • All returns and exchanges under Platinum Order Protection remain subject to our general return policy requirements (items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received). Product-specific exclusions still apply.

Return items:

  • If your item is not eligible for a return or exchange under our return policy, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you, if you choose.

SHOP Pay Installments:

  • Orders placed using the SHOP Pay Installments feature are not eligible for returns. Cancellations of installment orders are subject to a 6.5% merchant fee.

Fraud Prevention & Claims Investigation

All return, damage, loss, and non-delivery claims are subject to review and verification.
By submitting a claim, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Magic Creeper reserves the right to conduct a reasonable investigation, which may include reviewing carrier records, delivery confirmation data, photographic evidence, and other relevant documentation.

Fraudulent or misleading claims—including false statements, altered documentation, or misrepresentation of facts—are taken seriously. If a claim is determined to be fraudulent, it may be denied, and Magic Creeper reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
