Return items:
- If your item is not eligible for a return or exchange under our return policy, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you, if you choose.
SHOP Pay Installments:
- Orders placed using the SHOP Pay Installments feature are not eligible for returns. Cancellations of installment orders are subject to a 6.5% merchant fee.

Once reviewed, we will determine if your claim is approved. If the item is beyond repair, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock or no longer available.
