Redeeming a gift card online
To redeem a gift card in our store, simply enter its unique code at checkout. These codes are not case-sensitive. The option to pay with a gift card will automatically appear at checkout as long as you have active gift cards available.
When a you applies a gift card, the checkout will update based on the card's balance:
If the gift card balance is enough to cover the entire order, the customer can click Complete order.
If the gift card balance is less than the order total, you will be asked to select a second payment method, such as another gift card or a credit card, to cover the remaining amount before finalizing your purchase.
Checking a gift card balance
You can check your gift card balance anytime on our gift card page. Just open the link included in the gift card email you received.
If you didn’t receive your gift card email, we can resend it for you (available for new customer accounts). You can also contact us, and we’ll check your balance and send the information directly to you.
